About Us – C-Ray Headwear | Custom Hat Manufacturer
WHO WE ARE
Established in 2012, C-Ray Headwear is a Novelty Hat Manufacturer and OEM headwear supplier who are specializes in creating the best urban street style headwear and clothing. We offer full OEM & ODM services trusted by global brands, retailers, and promotional companies across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions in Australia—the specially custom snapback hats or trucker caps we made are very popular with our customers.
Built on four state-of-the-art factories in China and Vietnam, we leverage modern manufacturing technology, skilled craftsmanship and very stringent quality control to produce goods that meet your highest international standards.
FOUNDER’S STORY
I started my journey in a humble workshop in 2012. All I had then were my sewing capabilities, a passion for craftsmanship like no other and the conviction that awesome products can change how a brand is perceived.
In the beginning, I did everything — design sketches, sample making, supplier negotiations and even late-night quality checks. We had instances where shipments were close to a miss and I would drive finished caps directly to freight forwarders so as not to be tardy on the delivery of caps mid: my clients wanted their backup stock. Ha, good times: Mail order where I went $30k in debt and --- to make a very long story short --- got my stuffing handed to me but I learned how to be resilient, solve problems on-the-spot and the hard way that your word is only as good as a handshake.
I grew demand, and took C-Ray Headwear into becoming my own entire business under the one roof therefore I had sales, manufacturing and trade. Our factories in Guangdong, Huizhou and Vietnam have quality control systems that meet our high standards for production wherever it is done. Furthermore, with multiple facilities being built for our company, we can deliver these top-of-the-line components to clients at competitive prices while not cutting back on quality and allowing them to have an edge in their markets.
I assembled and led a team of exceptional designers, engineers, and production specialists throughout the years, many of whom have been with me since the beginning. I coach entry-level employees myself, provide knowledge on my industry, and enforce precision, innovation and client service. The culture on our team will be one of accountability and passion, where all of us will know our success is based not just on the products we get to market, but also on how trusted we are by clients as a secure company.
But today, I am happy to say we are much more than a hat factory, now we play the role of one of your key suppliers who understand not only your design ideas but also the timeline and how crucial it is for you in order to deliver quality cost.

We partnered with a new streetwear label to create their flagship dad caps, focusing on a heavyweight cotton twill and intricate 3D embroidery to achieve a high-end retail feel.
For a major corporate event, we produced thousands of trucker hats featuring a clean, screen-printed logo. The focus was on brand consistency, quick turnaround, and cost-effectiveness without sacrificing quality.
We developed a unique 5-panel camp cap using recycled polyester and a custom woven patch. The design required a technical fabric that was both durable and lightweight, perfectly aligning with the brand's adventurous identity.
