What is the best zipper brand to use?

We primarily use YKK and SAB. That is the world standard of strength. We advise strongly against using unbranded generic zippers as these are the first part to fail on a hoody.
How do you prevent the zipper from becoming wavy ("Bacon Zipper")?

This happens because the fabric will shrink but often the zipper tape does not. We solve that issue by pre-shrinking the fabric before cutting & sewing to stabilize so it will not stretch after washing.
Do you offer custom zipper pullers?

Yes! Your brand logo can be embossed or de-bossed on a custom mold zipper puller may will make as per your zipper coutomized artwork . Please be aware that custom hardware molds may have a modest one-time tooling charge.

Can you print over the zipper and pockets?

Yes. Split Front Printing is what we do best. But, for best results, we suggest: screen printing or heat transfers. We can even print on the pockets or cooler, the hood You get it.
